Many of the sublease spaces you’ll see on this website were previously inhabited by a hard tech company that outgrew it. That’s great news for the hard tech community. And, for you.

While hard tech encompasses many niches, the basic infrastructure will be there. And, if the subleases on this site aren’t what you’re looking for, I can still help you.

THE HARD TECH GUY

Hi, I’m Erik Stiebel, a commercial real estate broker specializing in hard tech. The hard tech revolution is happening everywhere, but the heart of the revolution is in El Segundo, so that’s where I office, too.

In fact, I believe in the hard tech movement so much that I even have a monthly newsletter dedicated to it, Space Dirt. Each newsletter goes out to over 800 hard tech executives across the country. Feel free to subscribe.

A little more about me.

Born and raised in the South Bay, my father worked at Northrop Grumman for almost four decades. While I’m not working with F-35 fighter jets like my dad, I’m enjoying helping hard tech companies align their business goals with their real estate needs by way of CREA, a commercial real estate brokerage I co-founded.
